You will need:
 
0.8m 4-way stretch such as lycra, dance mesh, or cotton jersey
 
10cm cotton or cotton blend jersey to match outer fabric (for gusset)
 
1m x 6mm swimwear/underwear elastic (for leg edge)
 
2m x 1cm woven elastic (for straps)
 
Optional: Satin ribbon to match for bow detail
 
Sewing thread to match.
 
Overlocker thread to match
