1m x 4-way stretch fabric such as lycra, powermesh or stretch velvet (self-lined option)
OR
0.6m x 4-way outer stretch fabric such as lycra or stretch velvet
0.6m x 4-way coordinating lining stretch fabric such as lightweight interlock or dance mesh
 
0.5m x 2cm wide elastic (ruffled strap option)
 
Sewing and/or overlocking thread to match
